  • Ensure all content provided to us complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided

Intellectual Property

The AdvantixLaw website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AdvantixLaw and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client Work Product

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom website designs, content, and other deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. AdvantixLaw retains the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. General terms include:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvantixLaw shall not be liable for:

Termination

  • Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered
  • AdvantixLaw will provide reasonable transition assistance
  • Client-owned materials will be returned or transferred as appropriate
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
